At Jasper ISD, we know that great schools are built by great people. Every day, our teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff members go above and beyond to support our students, encourage their colleagues, strengthen our schools, and make a positive difference in the Jasper community.

The Bulldog of the Month Award is our way of shining a spotlight on these exceptional individuals and saying “Thank you!” for all they do.

Whether someone has stepped up to help a colleague, launched a project that benefits our schools, made a meaningful impact on a student, or simply demonstrates what it means to “Be a Bulldog” each and every day, we want to hear about them!

🐾 Who Can Be Nominated?

Any Jasper ISD teacher or staff member is eligible to be nominated —and anyone can nominate! Employees, parents, and students are all encouraged to recognize someone who deserves a special shout-out.

Each month, Jasper ISD will recognize:

• 🏆 One Teacher of the Month
• 🏆 One Staff Member of the Month

🎉 What Does It Mean to Be a Bulldog of the Month?

Being selected as a Bulldog of the Month is a special honor, and our winners will receive a Bulldog-worthy prize package that includes:

🐾 A Jasper ISD Bulldog of the Month Jacket
🐾 A Jasper ISD Bulldog of the Month Polo
🐾 A special visit and recognition from the Superintendent at their classroom or workspace
🐾 Recognition at a Jasper ISD School Board meeting
🐾 Exciting prizes and special gifts from generous Jasper-area businesses and organizations

And there's even more!

💰 The Teacher of the Month will receive a $500 check from Lake Country Chevrolet!

These prizes are just one way we can celebrate our outstanding Bulldogs. Most importantly, our winners will know that their hard work, dedication, and commitment to our students and schools have been seen, appreciated, and celebrated.

⭐ Know a Bulldog Who Deserves to Be Recognized?

Give them a shout-out! The nomination process is quick and easy.  Simply complete the “Bulldog of the Month” nomination form located on your JISD Dashboard or Website. A selection committee will review the nominations each month and select the Teacher and Staff Members of the Month.
