Student Logins

Student Login Credentials

There are many online resources that Jasper ISD uses in district for daily instructional support.  Most of these online resources require students to have thier own login credentials.  As this can be a lot for our younger students to remember, we try to keep these logins as consistent as possible.

Unless otherwise noted below, all student logins are as follows:

  • Login/Username = firstname.lastname;  for example = "johnny.smith"
  • Password = student's lunch number, this is a six digit number issued to all students of the district; for example = 239845

If you experience any issues with your child logging into any of our online resources, please email Jamie White at jamie.white@jasperisd.net.  Please allow a turnaround response of 24 hours.

Student Microsoft Office Accounts

All students in 3rd grade and up will have Office 365 accounts for school email addresses.  This will also give them access to the Online Office 365 tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Their login credentials are as follows:

  • login = fullname.lastname@jasperisd.net
    • this is their legal first and last name as shown in Skyward Family Access
    • special characters are removed (i.e. dashes, apostrophes, etc.)
  • password = the student's lunch number.
    • this is the six-digit number they use for lunch
    • they have utilized this number since they have entered the district

Student Google Accounts

All students 3rd grade and up will have Google G-Suite accounts to access Classrooms for their at school classes as well as at home learning.  

Their login credentials are as follows:

  • login = fullname.lastname@jasperisd.net
    • this is their legal first and last name as shown in Skyward Family Access
    • special characters are removed (i.e. dashes, apostrophes, etc.)
  • password = the student's lunch number.
    • this is the six digit number they use for lunch
    • they have utilized this number since they have entered the district
