Substitute Cafeteria Workers
 
Duties:          
Assist with preparing and serving students appropriate lunches
 
Special knowledge/Skills:   
Ability to operate kitchen equipment with basic understanding of all equipment and necessary skills to maintain the equipment operation; understanding of National School Lunch Program and requirements
 
Certification: 
 Current Safety and Food Sanitation Courses
