Rhonda McNeely, mother of sixth grade student Autumn Allison, is the recipient of Rowe’s October V.I.P award.

Mrs. McNeely is the sixth grade volunteer coordinator for Rowe’s PRIDE organization & headed the project that is helping to get benches built for the car riders at Rowe. These benches are being built by the Jasper High School Wood Shop students and Mr. Smith. Mrs. McNeely also helped put together the mums and garters for Homecoming and has been a tremendous help with many  other PRIDE activities at Rowe. Mrs. Rhonda McNeely is a wonderful asset to Rowe PRIDE and Rowe Intermediate School.
